Terms of Service

Tap & Jol ("we") operates an introduction marketplace for trucking recruitment. We are not an employer, staffing agency of record, or guarantor of employment outcomes except as stated in placement fee agreements.

For drivers (Jol)

• Jol is free. We help you build a profile and connect with carriers.
• Your profile is shared with a carrier only when you grant explicit consent per company.
• You may revoke consent and opt out of SMS at any time (reply STOP).

For carriers (Tap)

• Tap surfaces pre-interviewed, consented drivers ranked by fit — similar to a curated shortlist, not a job board flood.
• Placement fees apply only after a confirmed hire and 45-day retention, per your agreement.
• Background checks and employment decisions remain your responsibility.

Introduction service only

We facilitate introductions between drivers and carriers. We do not negotiate employment contracts, set pay rates, or control hiring decisions. All hires are direct between driver and carrier.

45-day guarantee

If a placed driver leaves before 45 days for reasons within our guarantee policy, carriers may request a replacement search or partial fee credit as defined in the placement agreement.
